Health Tips

The following health tips are provided as information for you.

* Oil paints are for use by adults and properly supervised by older children in their teen-age years.

* Due to some fumes from mediums used, the painting should be done in a well ventilated area. Use odorless Turpenoid if you can or some type of odorless solvent.

* Use water-mixable oil paints if you are sensitive to the original mediums and oil paint materials that are oil based.

* Use rubber gloves or barrier creams to protect skin from mediums that may have chemicals you are sensitive to.

* Avoid touching paints with your hands (especially the cadmium based oil paints)

* Put lids back on tubes of paint after use and replace lids on the turp jar when finished using it.
