Thank you very much for taking a look at my painting. Your opinion is very helpful. I was not exacty sure how to do highlights etc because it is supposed to be predawn and foggy. I had finally decided it was "done" because I have a way of making it worse when I try to fix something.

You are doing well! I love the mother horse and baby, very sweet. I would love to see more highlites on the mother horse. Where is the light source? Is the sun shining on them? If you show these hi-lighted areas it will make them more realistic. I would tone down the fence in the background. Keep it up, you doing well. Do those changes and then see if someone may buy it?
