Capture the beauty of flowers by painting them with oil paintsIf you love flowers, painting them with oil paints can give you those flowers you love to look at in a permanent state - on canvas! Flowers are a wonderful subject to paint and after you paint them, you can admire your picture for a long time afterwards. There are so many types of flowers and colors of flowers to choose from. Painting flowers is one of my favourites and I have many examples that I have done. The painting below is called "Lillies" and I painted it using some fresh Lillies I purchased from a florist in town.
The next painting is another floral set-up that I did by purchasing flowers from a florist and setting them up in a vase and adding a cup and saucer. This painting is called "A cuppa and some flowers"...
